Fantastic location, SUPER comfy bed, mind-blowing corner tub, friendly staff, and clean facilities!

the location was central, near to all canberra attractions and food precints, shops and restaurants as well as canberra's impressive sights and attractions, and a movie theatre. its apartment was new-fashioned with the comfortable beds, a lovely balcony, as for instance.

Comfortable clean rooms with excellent daily serviced rooms, so you would come back after a day out to a tidy room with the beds all made and clean towels and the rubbish emptied and dishes done!! Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It didn't have a dvd player with the room, you had to hire one out and they were all hired out already.

The venue's position was central.

I had a great stay with nice weather and a convenient location near Parliament House.

It was convenient to where we needed to go. Polite and helpful staff. Very pretty gardens.

Because of the courtyard set-up it was a little bit noisy but we were on holiday so it didn't really matter. The bathroom was quite tired and although generally clean, it has some old worn-in dirt that made it look not very clean.

A lounge, a kitchenette area, and it's own balcony in the room, magnificent and perfect location.

I recently stayed in a spacious hotel near the National Gallery of Australia. the indoor pool was FANTASTIC! the wet carpet smell was worse than in the photos. I'd still return!

The traditional layout and feeling of the building was well received. The outside area was tidy and well decorated. In short, it was very cosy. Additionally, the hotel was in a very handy location, being near Parliament House as well as other iconic locations.

The cleanliness of the shower was very poor. There was mould growing on the walls. It clearly had not been cleaned properly prior to check in.

The service staff very friendly and helpful the facilities we well organised and clean which is very good to see the location was ideal for us as well

This place was great for a two-night stay. the staff were friendly, efficient, and super responsive, making for excellent customer service. 😊.

Two very noisy night from one female hockey team and female netball team....hotel gave $50 disc, said they would speak to the facilitators etc to avoid it happening again
